It was a bright, blue-skied Saturday morning. Everyone awoke as the sun was rising and the house was busy with excitement. Coffee was brewing, the smell of warm, baked oatmeal filled the air… mmm! As Lynnae, her bridesmaids and her momma got ready – their faces + conversations were filled with excitement. The day had finally come! This day was the day that Lynnae was going to marry Brian… and it was a good, good day.
Brian + Lynnae met and fell in love in Boston. He’s an engineer, she’s in non-profit work… and they couldn’t be more wonderful for each other. They make a great team and know how to have fun together. Their mutual care + respect for one another is unwavering and inspiring. They are both kind + compassionate individuals… and even after just a few minutes with them, it’s clear to see that they adore each other and they love others well.
They wed at the historic Park Street Church in downtown Boston. We took pictures in the Public Garden, ate delicious local BBQ and macaroons and danced until it was ready to send the newlyweds off to Rhode Island. Being a part of Brian + Lynnae’s wedding was a delight. I’m so grateful to have been invited to spend the weekend with the two of them and their families. Brian + Lynnae – THANK YOU for allowing me to tell your story. You two share a beautiful love and it was a true joy to celebrate with you. Enjoy this glimpse into your day :)
Park Street Church is one of the first stops on “The Freedom Trail” – a walkable path through the historic sites of Boston. Jonathan + I had the chance to walk the Freedom Trail a couple days before the wedding and it was so fascinating to see + hear about all the historical events that took place within a few miles!
These two… Katie + Dan. They are one of the first couples to take a chance on me – and I’m forever grateful for them. Dan is Lynnae’s brother :)
