What do you do when you have a beautifully sunny evening and a rad couple in love, in the city where they fell in love? Obviously, you take pictures. :)
Individually, Emily + Jesse they are two of the kindest, genuine and sincere people. Together, they make one heck of an incredible team. I’ve known Emily for several years now, but the moment I met Jesse and saw them interact together, I knew they had something special. In October, they will become husband + wife… and to celebrate their engagement, we spent a few hours adventuring around Detroit. It’s where they both live, where their love blossomed + grew, where Jesse proposed and where they’ll be beginning their marriage. So excited for you two!!! :) 
Emily + Jesse asked if we could end our evening with dinner at one of Metro Detroit’s delicious coney island establishments (when a photo shoot includes greek salads, fries, gyros… the answer is always yes! :)). They had their first official date at Phoenix Coney Island last year, and it only seemed appropriate to cap off the evening there!
Such a wonderful talent you have Jenn, for revealing the true colors of everyday places and the true beauty of the people around us, especially the ones we sometimes take for granted.
