To say I had a good time a this past weekend’s wedding would be an understatement. I had SUCH a fun time. I caught myself saying several times that day, “This is beautiful!” and, “Oh my goodness, look at that!” I even giggled in delight during the portraits.
The rainy, dreary weather broke just in time to dry everything and enjoy the festivities of the day which took place on the edge of Lake Michigan. Joe and Lindsey committed their lives to each other at The Headlands Beach House – a northern Michigan gem in Mackinaw City. The ceremony couldn’t have been sweeter, the reception couldn’t have been more awesome and the newlyweds couldn’t have been happier. Congratulations, Joe & Lindsey, thank you for the honor of capturing your wedding day!
One of Joe’s groomsmen was unable to attend as he is currently serving in Afghanistan. In his honor, Joe requested that his space be reserved in the lineup… what a cool tribute to his friend!
“Peoples Choice” was the band on Saturday night and I would HIGHLY recommend them! They are very talented and had a great presence with the crowd!
Such wonderful pictures I’m a photographer myself (well I try) but your work is awsome!
