Today is a beautiful day – it’s Kara + Mike’s wedding day! Woo!
Kara + Mike met at church almost three years ago. It wasn’t long before they both were interested in each other and Mike asked Kara on a date. Over the next 18 months, they got to know each other over hikes, board game nights, and training for races. All the while, they were falling more in love with each other and becoming best friends. On a fall day at one of their favorite nature trails, Mike got down on one knee and asked Kara to spend forever with him.
To celebrate their engagement, they took us back to a few of their favorite places in Lansing… their favorite market where they have spent many date nights… and the nature trail where Mike proposed. We loved getting to step into their world a bit and get to know them both better. Can’t wait to celebrate with them today!
