Every detail was set, everything was on schedule, the bride and groom both looked exceptionally radiant… not even the 92 degree heat could keep this party down! The day was filled with constant laughter, joyful tears and so so much love. Matt and Madeline were wed at Grand Rapids First Assembly and celebrated in the Lake Room of Watermark Country Club in Cascade. Witnessing the union of Matt and Madeline was a true blessing and I was again reminded of why I love to do what I do.
We started the day downtown with a “first look”. This means that Matt and Madeline opted to see each other before the ceremony to ease the schedule a bit and allow for more time for awesome portraits! So, get ready for lots of portraits in this blog post…
After braving the heat for two hours… it was time to head to the church and get these two married! I love this moment of the entire bridal party and immediate families praying together before the ceremony…
